Whenever I travel, I sometimes do a pre-booking of the accomodation for an anticipated stay. And before I book the place, I do a simple research online and read feedbacks from guests who rendered a stay on that place. It’s not always the the higher the price the better the service. On the other hand, it also doesn’t mean you pay less, you have to expect a poor service.

Aside from cleanliness and affordability, the thing that matters most to me is the quality of service. Quality that you may find in Xenia Hotel.

Xenia Hotel is located inside Clark Special Economic Zone in Pampanga. When I first entered the hotel, a staff readily approached me while walking towards the front desk and asked if he can be of any help. Something unusual for me. Most of the time, questions are being entertained in the front desk that’s why guests do come to the front desk first.

In all fairness, the rooms are clean. I didn’t encounter any insect inside the hotel. I even checked on the cabinets, mirrors and other furnitures and found them dust-free.

Toiletries are complete inside the comfort room. These includes the towels, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, a comb, cotton buds and even a shaver.

The shower has both cold and hot options that made me took a bath a little longer because I really enjoy a warm bath.

They also have a cafeteria and offers a buffet in their restaurant. A chef is available on the side to serve you on how you would want your breakfast eggs to be cooked. Although I’ve noticed that some of the foods on the buffet table are not hot/warm anymore. On the bread table, an oven toaster is available if you want your breads to be served hot.

A convenience store 7/11 is also available downstairs on the parking side of the hotel so if in case you need anything urgent, it’s readily accessible.

They have their swimming pools which we were able to use. A night swim always makes me feel good especially when you chat with friends under the night sky and stars.
